URBAN GEOMETRY // TARTU
Tartu is the second biggest city, which means is pretty small. However, it's a very interesting city with quite interesting modern architecture and new areas developing fast. I'd definitely recommend anyone visiting Estonia to spend couple of days in Tartu.
